Images management

Our back-up system is linked to Portfolio™ which allow us to retrieve within a few minutes any photo used for our clients at any time in the past, giving the file’s name, size, mode, format and therefore, without having to retrieve it, we know if it will be suitable for your new job or not.

With our high-speed internet connection we can send the images that we hold to your company, another division, a supplier, a publication, and all this in the correct format as requested by the receiver, Australia wide or worldwide.

You don’t need to go through your CD’s, slides, photos folders, spending a lot of time, let us do it for you it will be quicker. If the files are too large for your email address, we have a FTP server that you can access with a password and you can download the files to your computer.

 

If you do not already have an Images Management in place, or if you have like some clients, hundreds of files on CDs, slides, photos and you would like to organise it, talk with us and we will help you to organise a suitable structure. We can scan and restore your damaged photos, scratched slides and build a library with all your photos filed and keyworded, available in subfolders such as: High Resolution for Print Purpose, Medium Resolution for Internat Communication, Jpg files for Preview or Web Purpose, etc.

In the future, each client will be able to consult his photos library through a password system, from our website.
